do I do if I forget my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
In the event that you forget your PIN Number and it is locked simply call
the the basma Call Centre on (968) 2479 9358 and request for unlocking your PIN.
On verification of your credentials, the Call Centre will unlock the PIN in the
system. You can then visit any of the participating basmaRewards merchant
outlets and insert the basmaCard into the POS terminal and key-in the new PIN of
your choice.
