How do I get a replacement
for my basmaCard?
In case you had been issued a basmaCard by BankMuscat and wish to apply for
a replacement basmaCard, please call the basma Call Centre on (968) 2479 9358
and request a replacement card. The basmaCard will be replaced and the new
basmaCard will be dispatched to your branch within a week. There will be a
charge of OMR 2 for replacement which will be debited from your BankMuscat
credit card account.
In case you have been issued a basmaCard by Oman Oil Marketing Company, please
visit any omanoil Filling Station and request a replacement basmaCard instantly.
