How do I get my points transferred from the old basmaCard to my replaced
basmaCard?
Simply call the basma Call Centre on (968) 2479 9358 and give your old and new
basmaCard numbers and we will arrange to transfer your points within a week.
"You can then visit any basmaRewards merchant outlet and request for a Points
Refresh on your new basmaCard through the POS terminal. The transferred points
are then downloaded into the chip on your basmaCard and are available for
redemption.
