warranties or representations of any kind with regard to the
basmaProgramme. The basmaProgramme is provided to you on an "as
is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.
The basmaPartners also do not give
any warranty in respect of the delivery, quality,
design and specifications of any goods or services purchased at
any Merchant Partner established, whether by redeeming
basmaPoints or by payment in any other form. |
