General
The basmaPartners reserve their
right to transfer or assign the whole or any part of their
rights and / or obligations under the basmaRewards Programme to
any third party without prior notice.
You shall not assign the basmaCard
or the basmaPoints stored on the basmaCard to any other person
or entity.
The basmaCard and the initial PIN
number, notices of termination or any other communication under
these terms and conditions may be delivered personally or sent
by ordinary post or email to the address that you have provided.
Such mailings shall be deemed to have been delivered on the day
of delivery if delivered by hand, and on the next day after
posting if sent by post.
Each of the clauses, which
comprise these Terms and Conditions are severable and distinct
and if at any time any one or more of such clauses is or becomes
invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or the
enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way
be affected or impaired thereby. |
